EXITO QUALITY AND SERVICE


INTRODUCTION
 
Did you know in the ÉXITO you can find lower prices and products of excellent quality? The Exito is a store that offers different services like a supermarket, clothes for women, men and children and payment of bills. Also, you can have services like the credit cards, card of points, among other services. In this article, we are going to talk about its history, the service offered by the Exito at the present and how we think it will be in the future.

HISTORY
 
The ÉXITO is a company that has 418 points of sale, founded in 1949 by Gustavo Toro Quintero; this is established in 64 cities of Colombia. Exito is a chain of hypermarket in Colombia. Its administrative center is in Medellin, besides, it possesses distribution centers in the main cities. And from 1994, the company started a process of shareholder branch and developed a strategy of growth and consolidation to confront the challenges in the international competition.  

 PRESENT
 
The Exito in this moment is a company that has recognition in the country for its excellent quality and lower prices. The Exito is characterized by its different products; however; the most important for the company is the customer service. In this moment the company has more than 418 supermarkets at national level, associated with different companies; it gives more benefits to the customer.

FUTURE
 
In the future Exito will be the most recognized company to national level getting the best service and quality with its customers. This will happen throughout importation products expanding our market since “our target is the happiness of our customer”.
